Delete your OMX TEAM account

How to request deletion

1. Email omxdigital22@gmail.com from the email address registered to your OMX TEAM account, with the subject “OMX TEAM account deletion request”.
2. Include your full name and registered email address.
3. We will confirm the request is from you, then delete your account and reply to confirm within 30 days.

You can also ask your OMX Digital administrator to submit the request for you.

Data that is deleted

• Your account: name, email address, password, phone number and profile photo
• Attendance check-in/check-out locations
• Voice notes you recorded
• Your Google Calendar connection
• Focus sessions, reminders, notifications, scores and badges

Data that is kept

• Attendance, leave, overtime and salary records are kept for up to 8 years where required for payroll, tax and accounting law, then deleted.
• Tasks, comments and meetings shared with your team remain available to the team, with your name removed.

Backups containing your data are overwritten within 30 days of deletion.
